TECHNICAL MANAGER

 A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a qualified Technical Manager with a strong background in theming, interior design, fit-out, and entertainment projects. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and proven project management skills.

Role Overview:
As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical execution of large-scale interior and fit-out construction projects. You will ensure that designs are implemented effectively, budgets and timelines are maintained, and quality standards are upheld. This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: SAR 23,000 – SAR 26,000 + Family Status (Up to 10% increase for exceptional candidates, subject to approval)

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the construction field, with 6 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge in managing fit-out, theming, and interior design projects
• Ability to manage project complexities, fast-track timelines, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working on high-end, detail-oriented construction projects
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading technical aspects of project development from design review to execution
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards
• Managing technical teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring performance
• Coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to meet project targets
• Identifying potential risks and proposing technical solutions
• Supporting the planning and delivery of the project within budget and timeline
